Can't Browse issues, Threshold setting.
Before beginning fix, you need to change the default buffer size in the telnet program.

When you are telneted into the router, issue the command #rem list. Then scroll back up to the top and go down 12 lines and search for an entry labled: Utilization Threshold
If it is at 50%, this is not the problem, try other troubleshooting.
If it is not 50% it will most likely be at 75% and needs to be fixed.
Scroll back down to the # prompt, and issue the following commands:
#rem setbwthresh 50 internet
#rem delphone hsd 1 internet
#save
#reboot
#rem setbwthresh 50 internet
#rem delphone hsd 1 internet
#save
#reboot
Now see if you can connect.
