If you receive "Error Message 421" using Outlook or Outlook Express (or "Unable to send Message" errors with other email clients) using a Linksys BEFSR41, BEFSR81 or BEFW11S4 Router, follow the steps below to resolve the problem. Resolution Steps: - First, to access the Linksys Router, type the Router's IP Address (default is 192.168.1.1) into the Browser URL field.
- You will be prompted for a Username and Password. The default Username is blank (empty field), and the default Password is admin. Click [OK].
